Work-wear has to be made of flame-retardant materials. That's not only important for a garment's fabric, but also for embroidered logos, designs, and lettering. Poly Fire™ will make these embroideries safe: The polyester thread has a special coating preventing the thread from catching fire easily. Ideal for embroideries on firefighters' uniforms, laboratory coats and other textiles that are exposed to open fire. Processing Recommendations: Needle - Use universal needle ORGAN No. 75/11 SES. Bobbin Thread - Poly Fire™ can be used as bobbin thread or try our fire retardant bobbins. Backing - To ensure a flame-retardant effect, use our fire retardant backing. Important: Flame-retardant tests should be conducted only on completely finished, embroidered work pieces, i.e. both the base fabric and embroidery thread must have undergone a flame-retardant treatment in order to achieve an overall flame-retardant effect.

Remember: Lower quality embroidery threads result in frequent thread breaks and lint accumulation. When this occurs this can lead to increased production costs - slowing down your production line, wasting thread and higher machine maintenance expenses.
